At Source Key Solution we help individual business leaders discover their solutions from within. By using both self assessments and 360 feedback, the leader gains a self awareness. Once your reference point is established, we will work with you to help you design your plan of action. As you go through your plan, we will be there coaching along the way and helping you get unstuck from impasses and dilemmas. We transfer your learning into measurable results.

Tier II – Individual assessment, 6, 9 or 12 month term, Meeting weekly by weekly or monthly; Interview with manager
